Lamb to the Slaughter

At the end of “Lamb to the Slaughter” by Ronald Dahl, Mary Maloney begins giggling because she has murdered her husband and so far gotten away with it. Mary Maloney also begins to giggle because the cops have not found any evidence. Not only have they not found the evidence but they are in her kitchen eating the evidence. Mary Maloney has murdered her husband with a frozen lamb leg and throws it in the oven. Then offers the police men to eat the dinner to show them respect and gratefulness for helping search for her “husband’s murderer”. The police men while eating the lamb question and reply to each other, finally one of them says that the evidence is probably right beneath their noses. That is the main reason why Mary Maloney begins to giggle.

Persuasive Project Topic Request

After reviewing the Voxopop discussion, I would like to persuade people to be houseparents or why they should be, to work as teachers at SPA, or to persuade people to donate to the facility and it's clients. You may listen to my class’s discussion here
