Value of Blogs
The value of blogs is very big,it is very helpful when it comes to school not only does it help with learning how to type but, it is also helpful to learn better vocabulary and better kids on their writing.Blogging is also helpful in school because this way kids can get their work and/or projects posted for their parents or guardians to see. It is also good because,teachers or tutors can see their students work to see how good it is or just to grade it. Therfore having school blogs is very very beneficial for school.

Dear Mr. Ron Major:
I am writing to exclude seventh period from our after school schedule or as a mandatory after school class. Since you are the principal you have some control over what happens after school and seventh period is something that you have a lot of control over.
I would like to see this change occur because I believe that some of us have other things that we need to do or might want to do, some important some not but, either way I honestly think that if we didn’t do our homework or other school work we shouldn’t get another chance to do it. It is our grade and if we don’t do what we are told to do or supposed to do we fail that assignment or we don’t pass the school semester. A lot of kids don’t show up anyway and don’t really care about getting a day of restriction so it’s not fair to the teachers who try to help their kids out after school when their kids don’t even show up.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my letter and maybe making a change. I look forward to having more time after school so I can hopefully handle my own personal business.

Letter To Daughter
Dear daughter,
I have noticed that you seem to take interest in nothing but your "Myspace" account and Your "Facebook" account you spend hours everyday talking to people online, this as a result has caused you to back away from your social circle of friends, I have also heard a lot about cyber predators and i would not want you to get caught up in a situation like that so in order to protect you i have made up a plan consisting of rules to keep you safe and out of harm's way.
Firstly, my very first rule for you is not to give out our house phone number or address dont give out your personal cell phone number or your own house address because this could lead to somebody tracking you down and threatening you or abducting you, this could lead to many problems that i would not want you to go through.
Secondly, I know that a lot of teenage girls like to post vulgar pictures or comments, this will make you seem vulnerable and also make you look like an easy target. That is why I am asking you to not post any pictures or vulgar information, for this can cause a cyber predator to try to contact you online, if this case does happen where a stranger tries to contact you online tell me or another staff immediately, to prevent you from running into danger.Also when you add friends online make sur that they are actually who they say they are and if they seem to be suspicious delete them and block them.
Lastly, I want to ask you not to go online into random chat rooms or anything of that sort, because I have read and been told that cyber predators tend to linger in those kind of places and look for children or teenagers who seem vulnerable or easy to be lured into their traps.So for your own good and safety please watch out and be safe and careful.

Yesterday I had an ok day I didn’t do much I went to group and sat there doing absolutely nothing but writing and then I went home. I was sad after group because of all the things they were talking about it all brought back a lot of horrible memories and I was really upset but then, Heather came along and we were talking and walking around campus till eight thirty afterward we both went home I talked to my sister Jess and I might go on pass this weekend or the next and then I was happy. I did my chores and all the regular things I do before I go to sleep and then I finally went to sleep like at ten thirty.

To Ms. Priester
Dear Ms. Priester ,
I’m really sincerely sorry that I’ve been late to your class for the last two weeks. I know it affects my grade, which in the future will affect my life and my career, maybe, most likely, but, even though it affects me more than anybody else in my life, I know you get mad at me for coming into class late and I’m so very sorry but, lately everything seems to be going wrong in the mornings. Here are my excuses that I know you’re going to love to read, for example, one time I was leaving my house and, I realized I was missing my shoes. So then I went back to get them then I went to the office, then I was late. Yesterday my clothes decided to not fit me for the day and I was so mad, and then I had to go to the office, so I was late again. I am late to your class because, I always have to go to the office before third period which is your period so that’s why I am always late to your class if I don’t got to the office then a supervisor/manager decides to make a big deal out of it because, I didn’t get a snack. Regardless, of my excuses I am very sorry that I am always late.

The earthquake hit yesterday April, 04, of 2010 it was about 3:40 in the afternoon and I wasn’t expecting it to happen, the day was bright, calm and relaxing. The feeling wasn’t strange to me. The ground shook it felt like that of an elevator when it goes down and shakes a little it lasted for a couple of seconds, even though it is very immature of me to have done this my reaction to my housemates was a burst of laughter because they were over-reacting over the whole thing, it was also very stupid of me because, my next reaction was to run outside laughing at all the girls that were screaming that they were going to die. Now, I am very scared for the people that are really close to the places like, Calexico and Mexicali, because there has been lots of aftershocks and I wouldn’t want them to go through a major disaster.

10 second sound off
Yesterday I went outside and that was pretty much it. At night time though, when it was roomtime. Abby and I were really bored so I started making these weird noises and then, Abby was screaming and making some really weird nioses it sounded like she was dying so then we started laughing really weird and we started laughing even more then our staff came in to the room, basically told us to shut up so we went to sleep
